Okay, so earlier today as part of the solid 12 Days of Christmas series, I showed my sugar free- but solid pumpkin pie steamers. Well I made that lovely healthy treat in my brand spanking new Blendtec!!! But I am telling you this baby has no limit as to what it can do.
Justin and I have been methodically going through the blender recipes in the recipe book that came it, besides making green smoothies almost daily. But smoothies, are just the tip of the iceberg. For those of you that are eating raw, there are tons of great recipes. Not to mention, hot soups, breads, drinks, desserts, dips and dressings (oh my!)…
So far my absolute go-to dinner we’ve made was a Curried Carrot Soup Recipe (that we added coconut milk to, YUM!) It was to die for. Here are some other great blender recipes that look divine…
But the truth of the matter is you are here because YOU NEED A BLENDTEC!
Why?
Because you don’t have to have a war with your blender to get it to actually mix everything together. I know a revolutionary option for a blender, I am a dreamer what can I say, but finally my dream came true.
So I’ve been wanting a Blendtec blender for about 4 years. I went to my sister’s house and she made me a green smoothie, that was so straightforward.. my low-cost little blender was green with envy! No scrapping the sides, and air bubbles and annoying non moving junk! It just blended everything like a dream! That clenched it, I needed a Blendtec!
Some of it’s features include:
- Completely sealed surface for straightforward cleanup (love this!)
- Manual 5-speed control
- direct, intuitive touch pad icons
- Fun new design
- 5 smart, pre-programmed blending cycles
