Again, a strap clamp is highly recommended to hold the pieces tightly together during assembly. After the hexagon frame is assembled, slide the plywood back into the inset groove. Apply glue along the groove and secure the back with 3/4″ brad nails, trimming any excess plywood if necessary for a perfect fit. Allow all glue to dry fully before handling.
