Friday Favorites: Barn Door Corner Office and Recycled Glass

The steps below follow the order of the work for this remodel inspiration by room project.

Happy Friday! I hope you all are having a wonderful summer and enjoying the last bit before school starts again. I have friends whose kids are back in school this week, already! Don’t miss out on all our back to school printable signs — and look at some of our favorites from this week’s link party plus some faves that we’ve shared around on Facebook and Instagram as well. Can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to! (Bloggers, please share with your friends since we LOVE finding new bloggers to watch and share!)

Friday Favorites - corner barn doors, uses for recycled glass, and more! Get all the details at Bekob.com

go-to yard sale find: Mylove2create snagged those table legs for a couple bucks at a yard sale and a combined it with some reclaimed wood to build a great rustic coffee table!

go-to non-traditional way to use concrete: Concrete projects are everywhere and we love seeing them — look at how Handmade Furniture Studio hand-molded cement around old glass bottles to create a whole new look!

go-to barn door: Yup, a new one just about every week, ha! This corner office/study area by Schumacher Homes is striking, and the barn doors create privacy when closed, without unnecessary obstructions when the doors are open.

go-to creative fridge: Would you be so bold? This Mama’s Dance wallpapered her fridge!

go-to mom hangout: I know this is supposed to be for kids, but I want one just for me! Get the details over at The Handmade Home — no sewing!

go-to use of wrapping paper: I’ve used it in hutches and cabinets — wrapping paper has so much potential! Pillar Box Blue used it in her son’s nightstand, made from an old wine crate!

go-to versatile decor: It’s nice to have decor that can take small changes between seasons instead of totally swapping it out, and Pender and Peony‘s mantel looks great with this cotton boll and burlap garland — see how she changes it up for both summer and fall!

go-to glass upcycle: Sadie Seasongoods recycling service no longer accepts glass, so what’s a girl to do but make it into striking sea glass!

go-to farmhouse room: This entire farmhouse breakfast nook by Craftivity Designs looks great, but I love the light, and the photo display on the wall!

go-to laundry room: Okay, it’s not the inside… but look at that door over at Delightfully Noted! And see more go-to things that we share over on Instagram — and share yours with #imaremodeaholic.
