The steps below follow the order of the work for this remodel inspiration by room project.
go-to Porch Update: We are so excited to share this cute Spring Porch Decor and makeover. We love how it turned out. The colors make us smile and we can’t wait to walk through our front door now with this cute makeover. You can even watch us make it over in this video below.
go-to Porch Bench: Another great way to make a porch inviting is with a bench! Her Tool Belt always builds the cutest things and this Porch Bench is no exception.
go-to Flower method: Do you kill plants? I sometimes do, if you want the look of flowers and greenery, but have a black thumb or don’t want to worry about watering them, try this Faux Flower Decor option by Lantern Lane Designs.
go-to Beach Porch: H20 Bungalow has this adorable beach house and she has really dressed it up so cute with some Summer Porch Decor options. Custom shutters are a fun way to add your personality to your porch or patio too!
go-to Rug Trend: We are so in love with the layering rugs trend. You can go neutral or bold, but it really adds a more homey touch to the front door. Lantern Lane Designs shared this fun layering rug pair.
go-to Patio Rescue: If your patio needs some help, because it is looking cracked and tired, you can really get a new look by painting it. See how our painted concrete patio came together and get all the tips
go-to Hanging Basket options: A Piece of Rainbow put together this Hanging Basket Guide. She has so many options and tips that I think we will be adding more to our home this summer. They are so vivid for porch and patio decor!
go-to Container Garden Porch Tips: Ugly Duckling House shares some great tips for a shaded container garden. If you porch is in the shade a lot, you can still have pretty flowers if you find the right ones!
go-to Porch Planter: We’ve fallen in love with this monogram planter by Ellery Designs from the moment we set eyes on it. It is such a fun personalized way to show off flowers. It would even be so pretty with succulents in it. And what a great Mother’s Day gift option!
go-to Unique Planter: Display multiple pots of flowers with this ladder planter by Angela Marie Made for Bekob. It would be cute leaning against a wall on the porch too.
go-to Way to Relax on the Porch or Patio: In a swing! Especially one with pillows and cushions! I could spend hours here reading or watching the kids play. It looks memorable! Get this adorable porch swing with our affiliate link here.
go-to Small Patio option: Bistro sets are so fun because they can fit into tight spaces and remind me of eating a treat in Paris (not that I’ve been but that is what I envision). Practical and Pretty updated her patio bistro set. See her IKEA Bistro Set Makeover and learn how to get the same look.
Or if you need a bistro set you can get this cute one with our affiliate link here.
go-to Patio Lights: Party in your patio all night with some pretty lights! These are some of our favorites that are a good price. Get them with our affiliate link here.
And lights do a good job of adding ambience, but there are so many more options to get that striking patio ambience right over here.

Snow White, you’ve tricked us and are going to use your genius option.
I hope your actual bracket is doing better than this one. It seems to me that it will be laundry facing off with the dishes for the win this year.
And in case you are starting a Handmade project with your significant other this weekend… good luck!
That’s all for week friends, but we will be back next week with more!
