The steps below follow the order of the work for this decor project.
I wanted to show you my sister’s living room all finished today but I ran out of time while writing it, so instead I’ve decided to share some of my go-to picture of the Utah Valley Parade of Homes going on now through the 21st…
Justin and I love to go the the parade of homes every year. So far we have only seen 4 houses, but they have all had some great features. If you are local there is still plenty of time to check them out. Can’t wait to see more!

Love this Chesterfield Sofa! Great color too!
I liked the wall treatment above the fireplace and I REALLY want one of these ceramic dear heads…. (one of the reps at this house said it is from Z Gallerie)
I love all the color and pattern in this room!

I really love the tile back splash under the sink on this vanity! vivid detail!

Don’t take this personally if you have a corner pantry, but i have to admit I don’t love the look of them. and they are EVERYWHERE! i love how the builders made this corner pantry look like cabinetry! If you need a corner pantry I would totally do it this way!

I really loved house number three, the colors the finishes and decor. They did a great job!

The ceilings were great, and I LOVE the color in the furniture!
I love the grey and white Railing! It has good contrast but is not as sharp as bold and black.
The kitchen is LOVELY! Don’t you think?

I love the open feeling when you enter house number 4! And the staircase was striking!
This bedroom is by far my go-to room in the whole parade! It is very much the style that I am leaning toward right now! Love the textures and colors… oh man. I just love it all!
I could totally work in this space! I could fill up those shelves in about 3 seconds!
I like how these small hallways had a lamp lit painting! They are a great detail!
