Quick and Easy Artichoke Baked Fish Recipe
I’ve been on a mission to incorporate more fish into our family’s diet. Baking seemed like the healthiest option, so I started experimenting with different baked fish recipes. That’s when I stumbled upon a simple online recipe and decided to give it my own twist – by adding artichokes!
I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but the result was absolutely fabulous! My husband, daughter, and I devoured it. The best part is that it only takes about 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake. Dinner in 20 minutes? That’s a win in my book! The speed and simplicity are major reasons why I love cooking with fish.

This recipe serves 4 and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
